Hands on Learning

Kara and Mr Robinson

Hands on Learning report - By Noah and Kara

This week in Hands on Learning we worked on the tennis courts or what used to be tennis courts. This involved all of us working together throughout the day to try make it clean again.

37 wheelbarrow loads of leaves, bark and moss were removed and we still have more to go.

Lucky, we had a good lunch, but we need more salami next time. Our special person was Mr Mika and we also had Steve from the Hands on Learning organisation. In the afternoon Noah and Nixen planted succulents kindly donated by Miss Williams.

Next week we are going to Australian Catholic University as part of the year nine travel training program.

Our MVP (most valuable person) for the week was Noah who is new in the program. Each student is vying for first place and the prize of a big freeze beanie at the end of term.
