RUNNING FOR PREMATURE BABIES

Hi South Melbourne Park Primary School, 

On Sunday 20 August 2023, our charity Running for Premature Babies will be holding an inclusive, family fun event at Fawkner Park, South Yarra, Melbourne. We would be grateful if you could include details of this event in the South Melbourne Park Primary School newsletter or other communications to parents. 

The Kids Fun Run is open to all children aged 2-12 years. All children walk, run or roll (in a wheelchair or pram) as many laps as they can around the oval within the time limit. No distance is too short and none too far! Entry is $25 per child and everyone receives a t-shirt and finishers medal. It’s a fun, non-competitive day for families where everyone is a winner. 

All proceeds from the day will support the work of Running for Premature Babies – a charity that helps save the lives of sick and premature babies by providing urgently needed life-saving neonatal equipment to hospitals all over Australia.

I’ve attached a poster here to share with your school community and I’d be happy to provide more information or artwork in different formats if required. 

With the help of the South Melbourne Park Primary School community, we can give premature babies a better chance of survival.
