English   

We have been coming up with our own persuasive pieces of work, using arguments to convince people that Monty is the best school in the world! We also read The Day The Crayons Quit, and wrote back to them, coming up with reasons why they are too important and must come back! 

Maths   

Grade 1s have been learning about shapes, and learning to recognise the difference between 2D and 3D shapes. We went outside to find some different shapes around the school, and were shocked with just how many triangles and rectangles there are in the new building! 

Wellbeing   

We have continued looking at strategies we can use to reduce stress Respectful Relationships and Resilience Project lessons, like listening to relaxing music.
