Greenvale District Cross Country

On Friday the 7th of May, Greenvale Primary school had a squad of 50 students represent the school in the Greenvale District Cross Country event down at Brimbank Park.

The students representing the school were picked from their performance at the Greenvale Primary School Cross Country in Term 1, we had students from grades 3-6 attend the event.

From the event we had 16 students qualify for the next round and are going to represent the district at the Woodlands/Whittlesea Divisional Cross Country event on June 1st at Bundoora Park.

Greenvale finished 2nd on the day, losing to St Carlo Borromeo in the overall school points tally.Congratulations to all students who competed on the day, everyone represented the school with such pride. They all upheld all the school values and were a great representation to what Greenvale student is. Well done all!

Here are our winners on the day with their ribbons, super proud of everyone. What a fantastic effort!
