The Careers Team would like to share a great resource that explains the important role that parents and caregivers can play as “careers coach”. ‘A Guide for Parents: Helping Your Teenager With Career Planning’, shares important guidance to help your teenager/s navigate decision-making processes and offer genuine support to help them to achieve their own unique learning and careers goals.

Zoos Victoria Work Experience Opportunity
Zoos Victoria are offering Victorian secondary students aged over 15 years an awesome opportunity to complete work experience at the Zoo. JobSkills Expo 2022
Date: Tuesday, 26th July.
Venue: Lardner Park, Lardner.
The JobSkills Expo targets students and young people from schools, training and community organisations. It will engage young people with “hands on” activities and information about the various skills, jobs and industries that make up our regional workforce. A range of short seminars providing practical information and advice to students are running too. Parents welcome. Please see Flyer for more details.
