Temperature testing: Thank you students!

What a pleasure it has been to greet our Year 11 and Year 12 students (and those in Year 10 enrolled in Unit 2 subjects) in the morning as they enter the College!

Students have been cooperating beautifully with our staff volunteers to ensure a smooth start to the day during temperature testing.

To ensure the most accurate possible results, temperature testing will continue indoors in the stadium foyer each school day between 8.30-9am.

Students are reminded to bring their planner and enter the stadium keeping socially distanced. They will have their temperature taken and planner stamped. Students who don’t have their planner will be issued with a slip that they must carry to all classes.

Students who record a temperature higher than 37.5°C must wait in the stadium for 15 minutes.  They will then be retested.  If the reading is still over 37.5°C, the student’s parent/carer will be called to collect them.

Thank you again to students on their patience and for displaying such a positive attitude to start their day at Donnie!
