In 2022, the theme for Refugee Week is Healing. Through our experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic, we now all have a deep and meaningful understanding of the importance of human connections. By drawing on our own experiences of disconnection, we can develop empathy, learn from others’ experiences and move forward to heal together. We would like to join with all refugees in our community during Refugee Week and work towards healing together.
