Room 7

Room 7 have been working hard during RFL to stay connected as a classroom and have been resilient when adapting to change. Students have enjoyed completing learning activities on Seesaw, sunshine classics, reading eggs and math seeds. Those students who have been learning on-site have made new friends and enjoyed being able to go down to the garden and kids' kitchen to cook and care for the plants. We can't wait until we are all back in the classroom together again. We are all so proud of room 7 this year and are excited for the rest of Term 4.

Term 4 Week 2 2021

Our Specialist Music Teacher, Catherine, organised an online event for our students called “STEAMDance” through the Australian Ballet. The Primary students really enjoyed this special activity, which is taking place every Tuesday for four weeks. The students listened to stories and followed movements with educators Chantelle and Alex. This year, the focus for STEAMDance is on health and wellbeing through dance and music. Onsite, students were relaxed, focussed and engaged during our first two STEAMDance sessions.

Our Primary students have continued to engage with classroom activities, including puzzles, whiteboard activities, and practicing every day skills, such as packing our own school bags.
