Uniform Shop 

 Uniform Shop Term 4 Orders

All orders placed during lockdown will be filled and sent home with children at the end of next week Friday 19th November. The uniform shop will not be open for over-the-counter sales as yet. 

All new orders can be sent through to uniform@srprestonwest.catholic.edu.au 

New students in 2022

The uniform shop will be open by appointment only on Monday 6th December for new students starting in 2022 (Appointments can be made when attending interviews onsite at the end of November- Foundation ). 

We encourage current families to order through the uniform shop email address and orders will be given to siblings to bring home. Please refer to the Skoolbag app for other open days.

If you are unable to attend on the above day, please complete the Order Form with Full Payment and you can leave it at the School Office marked “Attention: Uniform Shop”. The uniform shop volunteers will make arrangements with you to collect your order once filled. Alternatively, you can place your order through our email and pay via direct debit, details are on the order form.  Please note that unpaid orders will not be filled.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payments are accepted via CASH, DIRECT DEPOSIT or CHEQUE, (made payable to St. Raphael’s Uniform Shop). Sorry NO EFTPOS available.

Orders can be submitted via email and paid by direct deposit. Any questions regarding uniform can be directed to: uniform@srprestonwest.catholic.edu.au

At this stage, please only consider purchasing your Child’s Summer Uniform and Summer Sports Uniform. The Winter Uniform can be ordered towards the end of Term 1, 2022. Further details on when it is available and when the Uniform Shop is open will be in the School Newsletter.

IMPORTANT:  EXCHANGE POLICY

Please DO NOT REMOVE TAGS and DO NOT WASH garments. All packaging should remain in its original condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for Exchange. Please retain your receipt.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO LABEL ALL OF YOUR CHILD’S UNIFORM ITEMS!
