School Fees Reminder Term 4 2021

 

This is a friendly reminder that Term 4 College fees and levies were due for payment on Friday 22nd October.  

 

Thank you to all families who have paid the school fees by the due date. If you have periodic repayments in place, please ensure the amount you currently pay, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly, will cover your 2021 fees, by the end of December. For our Year 12 families with no siblings at St Mary’s, please ensure the fees and levies are paid in full by November. 

 

Financial Hardship

 

In situations where there is genuine family financial hardship, please contact the College and your circumstances will be treated in the strictest confidence. Engaging with us to consider your particular situation is a positive way for you to address the matter going forward.

 

Health Care Cards (HCC)

 

For Health Care Card (HCC) holders, a reminder to bring your new card into the office for our staff to sight the original and take a copy. 

 

Direct Debit payments

If you have an existing Direct Debit (DD) in place with us, needing to be updated, please submit a new DD form for the change in direct debit amount. The College is not permitted to make any changes to your current direct debit arrangements without the bank account holder’s formal approval.  The DD form is available by contacting the Finance team direct (email is below), or by a download from our College internet website. Please email the revised form to the Finance team to process.

 

Fee payers and split payment arrangements

 

A fee billing set up is confirmed at enrolment stage and relates to what percentage each person (usually Mum or Dad) has formally agreed to pay toward school fees. For info, the College has no authority to change a fee billing set up until both parties are in agreement, and this is physically evidenced, with revised financial obligation and billing instructions. These documents are required to be signed by both parties, and submitted to the College.
