New Instrumental Music Enrolments

Instrumental Music levies for all new students are now on Compass, and we ask that these are paid as soon as possible please. If you are not seeing a charge for Instrumental Music and you haven’t paid yet, please make sure that you are logged into Compass using a Parent username.

A reminder also that students who learn outside of school and participate in one of our ensembles will see an Ensemble Levy of $120 for bands and strings, or $40 for vocal groups. If you learn an instrument at school, you do not need to pay the Ensemble Levy. Ensembles Levies will be put on Compass over the next few weeks after Instrumental Music tuition levies are paid.

Beginner Band and Da Capo Strings First Rehearsals

Our beginner students have had their first full ensemble rehearsals and are already looking and sounding great. If your child missed the first rehearsal, please make sure that they are ready for the next one; Beginner Band on Friday morning and Da Capo Strings on Monday afternoon.

As advised at Music Information Night and in their acceptance information, if students are unable to attend their ensemble rehearsal time we will need to reassess their place in the program.

Coming Up

The Music performance uniform (or Performing Arts uniform) that music students are required to buy is for concerts and other official performances. Students do not need to wear this for weekly lessons or rehearsals.

We would suggest moving to purchase these uniform items soon. Although our first concert is not until June, our uniform supplier PSW do not always have all sizes in stock.

Sponsor a Seat in the PAC

We are inviting you to be a part of our Performing Arts Centre as a Seat Sponsor.

With your gift of $300 (Premium Seat in the front section of the theatre)  or $250 (General Seating) each, you can play your part in continuing to upgrade and create a state-of-the-art facility for use by our students, as well as the wider community.

A plaque will be placed on the back of each seat you sponsor.
