Celebrating Achievement

Congratulations to Sophie Nicholas (Year 11) who signed up today as a School Based Trainee with Zarraffa’s Coffee in Edmonton. Sophie will be undertaking a Cert III in Retail. Well done Sophie and all the best with your traineeship.

On Wednesday 1st September, Charlotte Peterson (Year 7) and Leila McLean (Year 9) competed in the finals of the the Calanna Public Speaking Contest. Congratulations to both girls for their hard work and commitment. A special mention goes to Leila, who was the overall winner of her section on the night. Well done!

Congratulations to Kaiden Anning (Year 11) who has secured a School Based Apprenticeship with VIS Constructions. Kaiden will be undertaking a Cert III in Carpentry. We wish you all the best with your apprenticeship Kaiden.

Charlotte Jonsen (Year 9) was recently named as Most Valuable Player for the SMCC QISSN team, which competed in Brisbane during the June/July holidays.  She was very proud to represent her school and played with great intent.  Congratulations Charlotte!
