Payment of Fees 

OSHC accounts are emailed weekly and fees are expected to be paid on a weekly basis. OSHC accounts are available at OSHC from Tuesday afternoon if not emailed to families. Fees must be paid on a weekly basis unless alternative arrangements have been negotiated with the Director.

Please make an appointment with the Director to discuss and make arrangements if payments become a concern. 

Sun Protection Policy  

In line with our OSHC Policy and Procedures all students are required to wear their hats if UV levels are 3 or higher and sunscreen applied.  Please ensure that your child has a school hat and labelled with their name to wear in their bag.  St Brigid’s OSHC Staff access the daily local sun protection times on the SunSmart app, to assist with the implementation of the Sun Protection Policy.  If children do not have a hat, they will remain in the shaded areas.  Children can bring a spare hat for OSHC which can be left at the service. 

Vacation Care

St Gabriel's Vacation Care bookings are now open.  You can start booking now for Sept/Oct school holidays.  Information has been emailed to families.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
