OSHClub continues to be open as usual for Before and After School Care during the current lockdown period. If your child is attending school onsite during this time, they are also able to attend OSHClub.

Bookings can be made online as usual. Late booking fees do not apply at this time.

Pupil Free Days - Thursday 10th and Friday 11th June

We are pleased to be running a full day of care during the upcoming Pupil Free Days on the 10th and the 11th of June. Each session runs from 7:00am - 6:00pm at a cost of $64.00 (before the Child Care Subsidy is applied).

How to book: Please log in to your account online at www.oshclub.com.au and book in under the Pupil Free Day Room.

Online booking close 5 days in advance of a Pupil Free Day session commencing. If you cannot book online, please phone us directly on 0427144945. A $4 late fee will apply for bookings made within 5 days of a session commencing.
7 days’ notice is required for cancellation of the Pupil Free Day, to ensure you will not incur out of pocket costs.
Please note, all regular Before and After School Care bookings have been removed for those days.

Making and Doing at OSHClub

There has been a lot of interest in making fidget toys at OSHClub lately. Some of the older children have been researching and having a go at making their own Pop Its and Marble Mesh Fidgets. As an extension, we made Stress Balls using balloons and play dough. This was an activity that all age groups could get involved in, from making the dough to filling the balloons.

Heading back into lockdown has had us all remembering Spoonville, so in the spirit of Spoonville, we decorated bamboo toothbrushes with Posca pens. We took inspiration from one another's designs and shared our ideas. This was a wonderfully calming activity to start the day with.

The clay creations we have been enjoying making over the past few weeks are now complete. A big thank you to Mrs. Uhlendorf for letting us add our clay creations to the art show! Such amazing work from Amelia, Ben, Eric, Oliver, Thinaya, Amber, Durga, Eva, Isaac, Jana, Alice, Brandon, Dyuthi, Luciano, Mackenzie, Monica, Scarlett, Shriya, Xavier, Ella, Sophie, Sukriti. K and Sukriti. V!!

Enrolling Your Child

For new enrolments, please go to www.oshclub.com.au. There you will find the 'Register Your Child' tab under the 'Families' tab. This will take you to the iParent Portal account sign up page. Once signed up, search for Mount Pleasant Road OSHClub under the 'Find a Place' tab and follow the instructions. Once your enrolment is complete it will be forwarded to the service for review.

Drop off and Pick Up Procedure

Parents are welcome onsite to drop off and collect children from OSHClub.

As part of our COVID-19 risk management plan, an OSHClub staff member will continue to sign children in and out on the iPad until further notice.

Cancellation of Bookings

IMPORTANT: If your child is booked in for an after school care session and that booking is no longer required, please cancel the booking on the iParent Portal. If you are cancelling on the day, please contact us on the program phone before 3:15pm.

We are responsible for all children booked into our care. If a child does not arrive to after school care when booked in to attend, we will need to confirm the whereabouts of the child by contacting parents/guardians and emergency contacts. If we cannot successfully do this, it then becomes a missing child incident and will need to be referred to police.

As you can imagine, this can be very stressful!

Online bookings for each session close 24 hours in advance.
