GRIP

An early start to our day saw us travelling into the city to take part in an interactive conference.

It was such a privilege for both myself and the students to be able to attend the GRIP Student Leadership Conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre.  The students got to go on stage and participate in workshops and roam around the room to meet students from other schools.  We shared what our leaders do in our school and got ideas of what other schools are doing.

Between workshops the Noisy Boys got up and the students played games like Karaoke, where there were 4 students up on stage and the audience had to sing the song on the screen and the students on stage had to guess the name of the song.  This was so much fun and all 3000 attendees participated enthusiastically.

The conference was so engaging and hands on and had everyone up and out of their seats to complete some of the activities.

We can’t wait to share all our knowledge with the students at the school.
