Parent Payment and Financial Contributions

Thank you to those parents who have paid their 2018 Parent Payment and Financial Contributions.  As detailed the funds received through these payments are used to purchase essential education items such as student requisites, art materials and the school magazine along with upkeep of the hydroptherapy pool and school owned bus.

Parent payments are due by 29th March 2018, the last day of Term 1.  Information and invoice for parent payments was sent home with the 2017 Yearbook in the last week of last year.  If you have misplaced this documentation can you please contact the school to request a new copy or see copy attached. 

CSEF - Camps, Sport and Excursion Funding

What is CSEF Funding?

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities such as swimming and school-organised sport programs, outdoor education programs, excursions and incursions.

Letters regarding CSEF Eligibility and application forms were sent home to all families this week with students. If you have misplaced these documents please contact the school to request a new copy or see attachments.  

Aquatics Program

A reminder that we require all students aquatic permission forms returned by February 28th for your child to continue swimming this year. If you have misplaced your form, please let the office know and we will send a new form home.

Sports for Schools

We are collecting the Sports for Schools vouchers this year from Coles Supermarkets. We have been lucky enough to have Coles in Balwyn place a collection box for our school at their service desk for customers who don't have a child to collect for but would like to help out one of their local schools.  We encourage you to collect the Sports for Schools vouchers if you shop at Coles and send them in to school with your child. Thank you.
