Prep - 2 House Athletics

On Thursday 10 November, students in Prep - Year 2 participated in the annual House Athletics Competition. With a focus of doing your best and having fun, students ran, jumped and threw to earn as many points for their House as possible. At the end of the event, it was the Tabor Trojans (White House) who finished with the most points. Gibeon Warriors (Red House) were second with the Zion Crusaders (Blue House) placing third. We are super proud of the efforts of our incredible students!

Thank you to the Year 6 helpers who ran the events. You did an incredible job!

Eastern Metropolitan Regional Tennis Competition

On Wednesday 9 November, a small group of Year 6 students competed at the Eastern Metropolitan Regional Tennis Hot Shots Competition at North Ringwood Tennis Club. In the sweltering heat, our students put up a valiant effort against some talented opposition to finish in 6th place out of the eight schools. It was pleasing to see improvement from our students throughout the event, as they adapted their play against strong competition. We can be proud of the skills our students displayed, as well as the sportsmanship that created a positive spirit amongst the team. Well done to every student who participated in this event!
