Happy Earth Day 22 April

Hi everyone, with the cooler weather arriving, I am anticipating the delivery of a handful of plants, gifted to the school by the local Council. They will all be native plants, and some will be indigenous to the area.

If you would like to donate any seeds or small shrubs that the children can plant around the school, we would be very grateful. If you have a few things in the garden that you can strike a cutting from, or even a lavender bush that is out of place, please bring it into the school and I will look after it with the help of our gorgeous students who attend the counselling service. Connection with nature is powerful and we have lovely big grounds here, waiting to be filled with more greenery.

I hope you are all well and looking after your own mental health – whether it be watching the birds, going for walks or taking time enjoy your coffee. It only takes a few minutes per day to get started.
