PARENTS & CARERS SURVEY

Our school is conducting a survey to find out what parents/caregivers/guardians think of our school. This is an annual survey offered by the Department of Education and Training that is designed to assist schools in gaining an understanding of families’ perceptions of school climate, student behavior, and student engagement. We encourage all families to participate in this survey. Our school will use the survey results to help inform and direct future school planning and improvement strategies. The Parent/Caregiver/Guardian Opinion Survey is now open and will close on Friday 16th September.

The survey will be conducted online, only takes 20 minutes to complete, and can be accessed at any convenient time within the fieldwork period on desktop computers, laptops, tablets or smartphones. We would really appreciate your feedback, as over the last few years with COVID, we have not had the opportunity to catch up as often with everyone. Each family will receive an email Monday 22nd August through Compass with the login details.

Please give me a call if you would like more information.

Book Week

This week is Bookweek! The theme this year is Dreaming with eyes wide open.

Dress-up is Friday 26th August, and there will be a parade and prizes at 9.15 am in the Junior Classroom Area. Parents and carers are welcome to attend. We cannot wait to see the students and teachers dressed up as characters from their favourite books!

Father's Day Breakfast

Numurkah Primary School invites all dads, uncles, grandfathers, older brothers, and other male family members to our Father’s Day Brekkie to be held on Thursday 1st September from 7:30 am. Come along for a BBQ Brekkie with your kids in the Library Courtyard.

We look forward to sharing breakfast with you! Grades will visit our Father’s Day Stall between 9 am, and 11 am; gifts are priced at $4 each. Thank you to our Parent's and Friends for organising this!
