Sandhurst Athletics 

Girton students enjoyed a wonderful day at the Sandhurst Divisional Athletics on 13th September, where our representatives did themselves and their school proud with terrific results.

Four students were awarded Age Champions. Congratulations to:

Kate Wilson, 7 Jenkin (13 Year Female)

Lewis Mcintosh, 8 Frew (14 Year Male)

Frances Leach, 12 Jones (17 Year Female)

Abbey Conquer, 12 Jenkin (20 Year Female)

Girton was also awarded first place in the Division A Girls Championship.

The Age Champions along with 16 other students who won their events will progress to the Loddon Mallee Athletics Final, which will be held at the Latrobe University Bendigo Athletics Track on 6th October. 

Lastly, a big thanks to all the teachers that helped out on the day, as well as Ms Speed for making the day possible!
