Primary Northern Metro Regional Athletics Carnival

Congratulations to Mia P, Jasmina M and Charlie D, who represented Aitken College at the Northern Metropolitan Regional Athletics Carnival at Meadowglen Athletics Track on Wednesday 12 October. In rainy and cold conditions, all students are to be commended on their efforts. Thank you to families for their support on the day and assistance with transport. Well done to all three students on their achievement of progressing through to this level of the athletics competition.

Year 5/6 Basketball Woodlands Division Finals

Congratulations to the Year 5/6 Sport Basketball Team who represented Aitken College at the Woodlands Division Finals on Monday 17 October. 

Aitken won both the games in their pool (Game 1- Aitken won 27-18 and Game 2- Aitken won 31-8), progressing through to the Grand Final where they tried their best but were beaten by St. Annes Primary School. The team is to be commended for their outstanding effort and sportsmanship. A special thank you to Mr Marks for coaching and taking the team on the excursion and for parents and guardians cheering the team on from the sidelines. Well done to all involved.
