Scienceworks Excursion

On Monday 22nd May, the VPC class visited Scienceworks. 

 

Here is what the students had to say:

 

“On Monday 22nd May I went to Scienceworks and saw the lightning show that taught me a lot about electricity and lightning”

“I’ve seen science, space, lighting, future, snow & electronics. Everything in sight (including a lot of kids all around) is the only good moments yesterday at Scienceworks”

“On Monday 22th May the VPC visited Scienceworks. First, we went to Tarneit Station, got in by train and got off at Footscray Station then got on another train and reached there. It was a good experience. I had a wonderful time with my friends and teachers. What I enjoyed is playing as a Virtual Goalie and going to the Lightning Room.”

“Yesterday I did my science excursion. Looking for electricity in the Lighting Room. And I raced in a wheelchair race. I raced with Haroun and I won.”

“On Monday we went to Scienceworks. We learnt about science, we saw a snow machine and we saw a vibrating chair. We saw some art and we learnt about how lightning was made. There was a game and you played some games.”

“On Monday 22th of May the vpc class visited Scienceworks. We got together at Tarneit station and caught two trains.

“The science work was the best experience. I liked the high measuring thing and the best part was there were a bunch of little kids. I too like the vibrating chair .Thanks for a wonderful day on my first science work trip.”
