School Council Update

Hi All!

I trust everyone had a great break and is now back in the full swing of school life for Term 2! Already we have seen loads of fun and meaningful activities and events for the children and families and community alike to participate in, like Athletics and Tabloid Sports days and the ANZAC Day Service.

I recently received an email from the Vice President of the Committee for Miners Rest who wanted to pass on wonderful feedback he had received from many community members who attended the service regarding the “presentation and professionalism” of all Miners Rest Primary School students who attended – Well Done to all involved!

Next week I am going to bring you an update from our recent School Council Meeting, as I will do following each meeting going forward so as you are aware of some of the things School Council are working on. But first, I wanted to introduce you to all to the members of the Miners Rest Primary School Council for 2023. Please see a pic and a quick fun fact of each member below!
