Year 7 and 8 AFL

On Wednesday 17 May GNLC entered our first-ever AFL team into an interschool competition. Captained by Yarraville Seddons Callum W, the team was excited to compete with plenty of questions asked about the game. The boys won their first game convincingly with spirits sky-high but unfortunately lost the remaining two games by narrow margins. All who competed did an amazing job of playing in the right way with great excitement.

Individual highlights included: Jashandeep S - 4 goals, Callum W - ball magnet, Caleb De La C was dynamic out of the middle and Lachie G was solid as a rock down back.
