Today we made Potato gnocchi with burnt butter sage sauce. it was medium difficulty compared to all the other dished we have made in Food Technology. It was delicious. We cooked the gnocchi correctly, not under or overcooked. Some of our peers cooked this dish yesterday and we had them guide the ones that hadn’t. We will surely make it again.

Year 8 students made gnocchi this week. It was a fairly challenging cook especially getting the gnocchi dough together and then shaping them. Students enjoyed the challenge and came out with flying colours.
