Procedures for early collection of children

Should you need to collect your child early for an appointment please assist us so that we may have your child ready on your arrival at school.

  1. As soon as you know about your child's appointment, please enter it on COMPASS.
  2. Send an e-mail to your child's teacher advising of the appointment and time.
  3. Come into the school administration office and sign your child out on the COMPASS kiosk.

If at all possible, please try to avoid collecting your child at recess and lunchtime, as it's extremely difficult to locate an individual child in the yard at playtime among the other 700+ students at the school.

Getting to Know You Interviews

Thank you to all the parents who had interviews with teachers last week. Getting to know you supports the educational partnership: teachers appreciated meeting parents and I acknowledge the commitment of teachers over these two sessions.
