In Sport and PE we have had an eventful week. We had our Super St Martin’s Swimming Team represent our School at the District Swimming Carnival on the 23rd of February at the Werribee Pool. The students faced four seasons in one day with sunshine and rain. But this did not falter the students' efforts. We were very proud to see our students supporting not just students from our school, but students from other school’s as well. There were some AMAZING results on the day. 

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to the following students who will be presenting St Martin De Porres at the Division Swimming Carnival on Thursday the 11th of March at the Werribee Pool.

• Maanya  - 11 Boys Freestyle Relay
• Lim - 11 Boys Freestyle Relay

The Year 1’s and 2’s enjoyed participating in an AFL Clinic - run by Cody from AFL Victoria on Wednesday the 24th of February. The students had a great session learning how to chest mark, overhead mark and handball. There were lots of smiles and I was very proud to see all students have a go! Cody kindly gifted the students an AFL card at the completion of the session.
