The eye is the window to your soul. Gateway. Pathway. Perspective. Seeing eye to eye. Viewing the world from someone else’s point of view. Expression. Understanding. Vision. 

The eye is the window to your soul. Freedom. Meaning. Foresight. Knowing. Humility. Expression. Depth. Fear. Rebelling. Going home.   

The eye is the window to your soul. Darkness surrounding light. Pain. Emotions reflected for all to see. Clouded shapes to hide behind. A false cover of the reality that you see. Open pathways to secrets within. The story of your life. Spirit. Mind. Soul.

The eye is the window to your soul. A dark boarder around the soft sky behind the window. A story of your life. Perspective. Truth. Experience. Understanding. Revealing. If you look behind the window do you really want to know the secrets it holds. A passage to your thoughts. Believing.

The eye is the window to the soul; a glance tells you all you need to know. Some are blue, like the ocean; others are misty and grey, like a winter’s storm. Some are as green as envy, and others glow with fear and anger and love and hate. A strained, pleading stare means a strained spirit, and clouded eyes murky the window into a misled and preoccupied soul. Some are pure and beautiful and others are twisted and cruel; Every soul is different, and so is every window.

The eye is the window to your soul. Its pathway holds great importance to life, yet small, its power to share life’s moments through this desolate little space seems so ridiculous, yet powerful.
