Congratulations to Vanessa Lin who made it to the shortlist of the 2021 ACMF Songwriting Competition. Vanessa showed her prowess as a singer/songwriter in the Year 10 songwriting class with Mr Vague and submitted her song 'Business Men' to the competition in September. We look forward to hearing more of Vanessa's songs in the future. (photo attached)

Three of our ensembles finally got the opportunity to perform this week, adding some musical  flair to the awards ceremony. It was the debut performance for our new ensemble, Bollywood Fusion, and they danced up a storm to the songs 'Laung Da Lashkara' and  'Badri Ki Dul'. HONK and Concert Band combined to create a super band and had great fun performing 'Zombie Tango' together. Many thanks to all the performers.
