OSHClub - Important Update
2021 has certainly been a year of challenges for us all and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continuing support over the last 12 months. We are looking forward to returning to some sense of normality during 2022.
Our commitment to our partner schools and our team members has solidified our position as both a provider and employer of choice, and we look forward to carrying this mantle into 2022.
As I’m sure you can appreciate, the costs of running our business have increased as a result of the COVID pandemic. These costs include:
· wages for service staff
· increased costs in managing COVID safe environments
· managing the adherence to the mandatory vaccination requirements across our team
· resources, food and equipment
To ensure that we balance the provision of the highest quality care for the children at St James' Catholic Primary School Brighton with ongoing hygiene and safety measures and the most amount of fun, we are proposing a slight increase to the parent fees for 2022.
However, although we are proposing this now, we will not be implementing any increase until the start of Term 2, 2022. We understand families have been through a rough patch during COVID, and we would like to allow them some time to settle back into the rhythm and routine of school and OSHC first. Things are looking brighter and more positive for 2022, but families will still appreciate some support.
This will also provide the opportunity for some exciting changes to be implemented at the program, and for parents to experience and appreciate them.
From Term 2, 2022, we are proposing to increase our fees by:

Over the next 12 months, we plan to invest into our school communities, our people, our programming and food in service, with the aim of continuing with a service that exceeds school and parent expectations.
