VCE results and ATAR release

Students VCE results and 

ATAR will be available on:                       Thursday 16th December at 7.00 am

Change of preference for 

main offers closes:                                    Monday 20th December at 4.00 pm

To access the VCE results and ATAR Service online or via the app,  students need to register in advance at www.resultsandatar.vic.edu.au  or by using the Results and ATAR app on their smartphone. 

To ensure easy access to results students are advised to register early. 

Students  will need their VCAA student number and personal details to register. Students will be asked to create a secure password when registering, which will then be used to access results. You only need to register once. The password created can then be used for both the internet service and mobile app. 

Please note: Students VTAC account is separate to the registration for the VCE Results and ATAR Service.

CHANGE OF PREFERENCE (COP)

What is change of preference?

During specified periods students can add, remove or re-order their course preferences in their VTAC course application.

Students may want to change preferences if they have changed their mind about which course they most want to study, if a new course has become available and they would like to add it to their  preference list, or if a course they have applied for has been cancelled and they want to replace it on their preferences list.

There is no cost involved in changing preferences. Provided students have paid their course application processing fee, they can change their  preferences as many times as they like within the specified periods.

Careers help and support

Students have been provided with a Change of Preference BSC Careers booklet with hints and tips on how to best navigate resources and VTAC COP details via a Compass Newsfeed on Friday 4th December. 

Senior Hub and Careers staff will be available to talk to students and provide guidance and support. 

Ongoing support during Change of Preference will be available via Webex/telephone. Support will again be available during the offer period in January.

New! East Gippsland Scholarship Program

Studying at TAFE or University -  Living in East Gippsland Shire -  this is for YOU!

The East Gippsland Community Foundation is making available a number of scholarships to  help students impacted by the 2019/2020 bushfires. Valued at $7000 the Scholarship can be used to off-set costs associated with accommodation, study related materials, textbooks or tutoring at either TAFE or University. Applications are now open and close on 18th February 2022.
