Swimming

For the 2022 Swimming Carnival the School has ordered new House swimming caps. These can be purchased from the Uniform Shop. They are silicone caps so, if cared for, they should last students the duration of their time at BMGS. The cost per cap is $12. All students will be required to wear a swimming cap to compete.

Summer Sport 

Training has now commenced for summer sports. Please check the screens around the School or the Sports noticeboard for information regarding games and training. All players are to attend both training and games. If for some reason you are unable to attend can you please see your relevant MIC.

A number of students have now been fitted for uniforms for the official competition that commences at the end of Week 2 next term. If you do not have a uniform for the trial games please wear your navy shorts and yellow polo.

If you are not a member of Team App please download the App onto your phone and request to join BMGS and the relevant sport that you have been selected in.

Touch Football

There is still a need for more players for Touch Football. If you think you may be interested in playing but would like to do some trial trainings and games please bring your gear for training on Tuesday after school.

There are trial games at Macquarie University on 27th November and Scot’s All Saints College Bathurst on 4th December. The School will be transporting students to these games so please see Mr Hoffman if you are interested in participating.

Vaccinations

All students who are 16 years or over who have been selected in BMGS teams must come and see me at the Sports office to be recorded as having had double vaccinations to play trial games.
