Canteen – End of Term

The Canteen will be closing on Tuesday 7 December, from midday, for stocktake. Flexischools orders will not be available on this day.

Senior Students may be able to purchase snacks over the counter before lunch time, however no hot food options will be available.

Lost Property

Lost property items are currently on display outside the Resource Centre. If your child has lost an item, please encourage them to take this opportunity to check the table to claim the item before the end of Term 4. Any unclaimed uniform items will go to our donation cupboard.

Canteen Assistant

The College is seeking a part-time Canteen Assistant.

The role and responsibility of the Canteen Assistant is to assist the Canteen Manager in maintaining an efficient, safe and cost-effective Canteen with a commitment to excellence.

This is an ongoing, part-time role, 1 or 2 days per week, 5 to 5½ hours per day during school term periods only (not during term breaks).

Enrolments

2022

We have limited vacancies for next year and would encourage you to submit your Enrolment Application Form as soon as possible, if you wish your child to be considered for a place.

2023

We are now accepting enrolments for 2023 and beyond (particularly Prep and Year 7) and look forward to hearing from you if you wish to enrol your child(ren). 

Notice to Withdraw

Parents are reminded of their obligation to give the College one full term’s notice, in writing to the Principal, if their children are not continuing at Oxley Christian College. The lack of one term’s notice will result in the payment of one term’s Tuition Fees.

It is also a legal requirement for you to inform us of the school to which your child’s enrolment is transferring.
