2021 Year 12 Surface Pro Deoxlification
ICT Services offers a service of remotely resetting Surface Pro devices to factory standard. A prerequisite for this service is that students need to make a backup of data on their device.

Please note, the 2020-2021 global semiconductor chip shortage is an ongoing crisis that has a huge impact on the availability of technology that require semiconductors, e.g. computers, monitors, cars, etc. The College has gone to great lengths to ensure adequate stock numbers are available for a limited time to cater for the 2022 student device rollout.
Out-of-cycle purchases during 2022 can have a waiting period of up to 12 weeks.
If you have not purchased a device yet, especially those devices out of warranty at the end of 2021, please do so as a matter of urgency.
