avec Madame Esposito et Madame Farfalla

To celebrate our French Language Program, we all dressed in colourful costumes for Mardi Gras, decorated masks and enjoyed class costume parades and a show.

Mardi Gras is celebrated in France as part of their cultural celebrations in preparation for Lent, a significant traditional and religious celebration. It also ties in with other similar Spring festivals and Easter celebrations in Europe. It is an important time to set goals for the new year ahead. It is a time to have fun, eat treats and to be in character for a day.
