School Council Elections

On Monday your child will be bring home a HWPS School Council election ballot paper for each parent.

• Each parent / carer is entitled to vote and as a result families will receive two ballot papers. The instructions on how to cast a valid vote are explained on the Parent Ballot Paper
• There is a statement provided by some of the candidates outlining their background and interest in joining the Hawthorn West Primary School Council.

If your child does not bring home a ballot paper on Monday, please first check with your classroom teacher. If they are unable to locate your labelled envelope, please come and ask for a new ballot paper at the office.

Voting closes 4:00pm, Monday 28th February.
