Principal Selection Process

Dear Families,

Following the announcement last week of Glenys's retirement, the selection process for the School Principal position at Hawthorn West Primary School has commenced. The Department of Education has indicated that it is likely the successful candidate will commence in the role at the start of Term 2.

Please note that this is a confidential Department of Education process and as such, School Council members are not authorised to discuss the process with any member of the school community.

As a School Council we ask that the school community respect the Department of Education’s process and the procedures being undertaken to complete this appointment.
