Spring Dinner

Gallery Image

The Kitchen Garden team is hard at work testing, trialling and tasting menu items for the Spring Dinner. It's all pretty hush! hush! at this stage, but there were a few surprises and smiles all round.

Thursday 8 September is the big night to enjoy a seven course dinner together with matched wines. We already have nine tables confirmed so book your tickets now so you don't miss out. Payment of $120 per head can be made in cash or credit at the office, as an addition to your invoice or alternatively you can book on Trybooking here.

Setting the Scene

Nerel and a group of dedicated volunteers have booked a date for their first outing to Victoria Street to start working on the styling of the library.

Tins Wanted

As part of the table theme for the Spring Dinner, we need  to collect cleaned, recycled aluminium tins, ie soup, tomato, fruit tins - any size.  Please deliver them to reception at Blackhall or Arlington and they will find their way to Nerel.

Silent Auction

Our annual Silent Auction which accompanies the Spring Dinner is taking place and we are thrilled with the amazing donations to date. Everyone will be excited to know that some of the regular features are back again this year:

o  The very talented Arlington mother, Emma Abrahams of Heart of Bone, has donated another one of her badass bling rings. In keeping with the Enter the Dragon  theme Emma has just cast a dragon ring which will be donated for the auction.

o  Renowned photographer, Adrian Lander, has generously donated one of his magnificent prints.

o  Underground fashion brand, PAM, is back again with a fashion pack valued at $500.

o  We have also received donations of skincare (Jansy Robinson), landscaping services (Mary-Claire Dalling) along with some great vouchers from local cafes and wine bars.
