Remote Music Lesson Trials A Success

Music has a special place in times of crisis and this week as the nation has had its normal mode of operating turned on its head, our music staff and students have been working together on what may be a big part of the future.  Students and teachers have trialled remote lessons via Teams and once set-up, the lighting and microphone adjusted the musical learning has continued in this new space.

Individual instrumental music practise is the perfect form of isolation and now is the time for students to build it into their regular daily routine.  This is the time to build students technique, fluency and embrace new repertoire and modes of learning.
