The Lawn is a popular destination for relaxing during break times.  Situated between the Café and F Block, it also provides another area that can be used for curricular,  cocurricular and community gatherings.  These photos show how students use the space as well as community events enjoying the greenery.

The new Waste Management system in F Block encourages correct waste disposal and recycling.  This is monitored by our dynamic Environmental Club Cocurricular Program students.

The outdoor areas at BSC are utilised in multiple ways throughout the school day. The Lawn, Rose Garden and Courtyard  areas serve as functional outdoor classrooms (weather permitting), and are a lovely alternative for both teaching and learning . The F Block Atrium also provides an extension to our classroom areas regardless of the weather!

It is great to see such a high number of BSC students and staff riding to and from school on a  regular basis.  Demand has prompted the school to install additional bike storage options within the grounds - increasing security while encouraging more community members to make cycling their preferred mode of transport.

Grouping Junior School Lockers in Home Group hubs has fostered relationship-building among the Home Group students and facilitated a calm and orderly environment when storing and/or retrieving belongings from lockers.

The installation of new carpet in the C Block - Library has updated this popular destination, and compliments this beautiful space where students read,  relax or conduct private study.

Promoting environmental awareness while providing a soothing, beautiful back drop, indoor plantings have been added to the F Block Atrium.

Soft furnishings in small groupings have been installed in the F Block Atrium. They  provide  comfortable spots out of the weather for students to gather and socialise during break times.

Dedicated meeting rooms with fresh paint and furniture provide a pleasant space for students, parents and staff to conduct meetings, discussions and special programs such as our Canine in Schools program.
