Dads in the Great Southern (DIGS)

The Term Two Camp-out is upon us!  Setup is from 4.00pm on Saturday adjacent to the vineyard behind the school's  Agriculture Centre. Rejjies Woodfired Pizza for dinner, marshmallows on the campfire for dessert and a bacon and egg fry up for breakfast - what more could you want? We have access to an undercover area if the odd bit of rain comes through so don't let any weather forecasters put you off.

The cost to cover catering will be $20 per adult and $10 per child - please bring some cash on the day as this will be the most straightforward way to manage it. Any surplus will be donated to the P&F.

All the details including a map of where we will setup can be found on the DIGS at GSG Facebook group.  Note that the Multi-Purpose Sport Complex carpark gates will be locked and you will need to access the site via the gravel track that runs behind the school from the Uniform shop / Music building carpark.

It's largely BYO camping gear though we do have tents available to borrow if you don't have your own. BYO drinks and snacks. Camper trailers etc are welcome.

Important Dates

• Saturday 6 to Sunday 7 May - Camp-out on school grounds.
• Wednesday 7 June - Regular meeting for fathers and father figures with children at Great Southern Grammar. These meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month during term time. Upstairs at the Premier Hotel from 6.30pm.
