Policies

Ayla and Eliza

We have a number of school policies that support the general operations of schools – these are either context based and specific to BBPS, or determined by the Department of Education (DE). Please head to our SCHOOL WEBSITE  for access to the following policies, that might be helpful to your understanding of school operations:

Student Engagement and Wellbeing, which unpacks our commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students at BBPS, our behaviour expectations and the supports accessible by our families.

The Bully Prevention policy is our commitment to providing a safe and respectful learning environment for all students, where bullying will not be tolerated. Our school has a number of programs and strategies in place to build a positive and inclusive school culture and relationships to promote wellbeing including our participation in the Safe Schools program, whole school values (the 6Rs), participation in National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence, our partnership with the Resilience Project, Upstanders Network, implementation of the Respectful Relationship curriculum and a range of year level incursions and programs are planned for each year to raise awareness about bullying and its impacts.
