Rotary Youth Driver Awareness Program

Last Tuesday the 25th of February all Year 11 students attended the Rotary Youth Driver Awareness Program at Yanco Agricultural Institute. The program is aimed at informing students about the dangers on the road and the major causes of accidents for young people. They witnessed demonstrations of the stopping distance of a vehicle travelling at different speeds. The students also gained an understanding and listened to stories of how making poor decisions on the road can impact them and their families severely.
