Italian Exchange

Arrivederci Greta!!

This week Greta Filippeschi, our Italian exchange student from Pisa, returned to Italy after a two-month cultural exchange at St Norbert College. The time has flown!

Greta fitted in very well with the College way of life, applying herself in all her subjects, improving her English language skills and making friends with her fellow students.

Special thanks to host sister Lauren Strange and family for looking after Greta during her time in Perth. Greta was very emotional on her departure, as she truly enjoyed her exchange here and was very grateful to her hosting family and the College for allowing her to live this wonderful experience.

Greta hopes to return to Perth one day to see her host family and friends again… Until then, we wish Greta all the best in her future studies in Italy.

Hosting an exchange student is a wonderful opportunity to share and experience different cultures and make life-long friends. If any family is interested in hosting an Italian student next year (with the possibility of our St Norbert College student going to Italy on exchange) please contact me via email at the College for further information.

Grazie!
