ST MARY’S FETE

Saturday 27th, 11am – 3pm

Fete Preparation is well under way, the committee have been busy organising all the preliminary things that need to fall into place.

Now we are asking the rest of the St Mary’s Community to give your support to help make this years’ fete a great day out for the family.  Here is your chance to have a tidy up, perhaps you can re-home those unneeded gifts or the toys that the kids have outgrown.

Please have a look at the list of stalls and offer to help one of them. All Bakers and crafty people are asked to help stock the cake and craft stall.

Any questions can be directed to the fete committee: Naomi D’Arcy, Jane Cook, Helen Hall and Cassandra Starr.

FETE STALLS

Stalls have been allocated to each class with the Class Parents as the organisers.

Other stalls are still welcome. Please contact the P&F Fete Committee if assistance is needed.

LOLLY AND CHOCOLATE COLLECTION DAY

Thank you to all those families who contributed to the Lollies and Chocolates Collection day.

We collected a total of 144 packets of lollies, chocolate bars and blocks. They will be used for lolly bags, Tombola & Chocolate Toss.

The following points were earned for the Colour Houses:

Delaney – 46

De La Salle – 41

Ursula – 35

Merici – 22

Any further donations of lollies and chocolates are still welcome, just drop them off at the school office.

FUTURE FETE DONATION DAYS

The next Fete Collection Day is for Gift Cards on Friday 24th August.

Please send in gift cards of any value. They will be used for the Wishing Tree, Chocolate Wheel and other prizes.

House Captains will be collecting the Gift Cards in the breezeway near the school office.

Week 5 - Gift Cards - Friday 24th August

Any type of gift card of any value.

Bunnings, Sportsgirl, Woolworths, Coles, Dan Murphy’s, Belgrave Cinema, iTunes,

Big W, K-Mart, Target, Smiggle, Sanity

Week 7 - Lucky Dip - Friday 7th September

Small items - Coloured pencils/pens/textas, cars, girls nail polish, lip gloss, craft items,

marbles, bouncy balls, stickers, jewellery, stationary items, goo/putty/slime

Week 9 - Beautiful Bundles - Friday 21st September

Luxury items are bundled together to make gorgeous gift baskets and bundles.

 cosmetics, toiletries, skin care, grooming, gardening items, magazines, baby things, candles, alcohol, chocolates, baking equipment, recipes
