EMAIL TO BE USED FOR changing permanent bookings, making advanced bookings or cancellations (such as for holiday program, school closure days), account queries, addressing special needs, incidents that need clarification, and the like.
Emails are not checked prior to a session as administrative duties are addressed off site and away from the service, as our priority is the active supervision of children, their development and wellbeing.
However, if children ever find themselves confused, not knowing where they're supposed to be, please have a 'back up plan' by stating they can always go to after care and together we can resolve their situation. This is an important aspect of children’s 'belonging, being and becoming' which involves learning independence and coping skills. OSHC is available to provide a secure base as needed.

A message from the OSHC team
The holiday season is upon us, and we’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support in 2019 and wish you, and those nearest and dearest to you, a very Merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous New Year.
We will be closing for the Christmas break as of 6pm on Friday 20/12/2019 and will reopen on Monday 13th January 2020.
We can’t wait to return in the New Year!
Holiday program
The Holiday Program is now out. Holiday program activities whilst planned are flexible with consideration for active and passive time and seasonal changes. We aim to provide opportunities for children to relax as well as continue their learning journey through varied and interesting interactions with each other and community partners. Hope to see you there!

Please note the following changes:
1. Please choose carefully as the cost of any excursions/incursions will only be reversed if cancellation is prior to January 1st 2020. The cost of the day will not be charged
2. St Finbar’s OSHC Booking Form (CWA) Page 3 of holiday program must be signed and received by 18/12/2019 for OSHC bookings to be valid in 2020.
3. Direct Debit Request form-Authorisation Form- Must be signed and received by 18/12/2019 for OSHC bookings to be valid in 2020.

EARLY FINISH
- WEDNESDAY 18TH DECEMBER
Last day of term is Wednesday 18/12/2019. The service will operate at the earlier time of 1.45pm to accommodate with the school’s early dismissal. Snack will be served at the regular time of 3.45 pm with the cost at the usual after care charge of $17.50 less the rebate for those eligible for Child Care Subsidy. Bookings can be made in advance via email or on the day by calling 9592 0994.

Accounts
The second last cycle of accounts will be emailed next Monday. They will cover weeks 9&10 of things term. Anything beyond that is overdue and must be paid immediately. Week 11 accounts will be emailed Monday the 23rd December.
Please note that accounts must be finalised by the end of the year for bookings to be valid in 2020. Thank you in advance.
