8TH WORLD TAEKWONDO CULTURAL EXHIBITION

Abraham Tsimiklis (Year 12) is a member of Revolution Taekwondo in East Bentleigh and recently competed in the 8th World Cultural Exhibition in Muju, South Korea.

He competed in the male Blue Belt sparring and won the silver medal.  It is a fantastic achievement to fly to the home of Taekwondo and to be successful taking on many other competitors from around the world.

Congratulations Abraham on this wonderful effort and we wish you good luck for the future. 

ANOTHER GOLD MEDAL FOR BEN!

Ben Ayzelman (Year 8) competed in the 2014 Jiu Jitsu National Championship last weekend at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre.  

He competed in the 14 year old and under 48.3 kg division and won the gold medal.  This is a fantastic effort and follows on from Ben's gold medal in the Victorian Championship earlier in the year. 

Ben also competed in the National Judo championships in June this year and won a Bronze medal.

What a wonderful achievement, Ben, in both these sports!
