Mathspace

As part of our program of study this year, we are introducing a new and award-winning online learning platform called Mathspace; this was previously displayed on the booklist.

Mathspace is a website that can be used in conjunction with our Bring Your Own Device program, both within Maths classes as well as home study. It is tool used to measure the student's performance across the entire Victorian Curriculum. Mathspace offers demonstration lessons, feedback and will be the primary method of delivering Maths homework during 2019.

At the moment the students in years 7 and 8 have free access to the website, however after the 10th of March parents and guardians of these students will be asked to pay online the year’s subscription of approximately $18. The payment feature will not be available until the 10th of March.

If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me tweedale.karl.k@edumail.vic.gov.au.

Jade Burnett and Chloe Poole from 8C  constructed an amazing diorama depicting 'Knights and Castles in Medieval Europe' for their common assessment task.  Well done girls!
