We look forward to working together on performances in Dance, Drama and Music.

Emily Butcher has been participating in dance and choir from Year 7. She has performed in Productions, Singfest, Music Camp, Soiree and Drama club. She spends most of her spare time in the performing arts rooms. We look forward to her leadership in 2019.

Jasmin De Chene is looking forward to a new experience as Performing Arts Leader. She has been involved in College Productions since starting school in Year 7. She has taken the stage in every Dance Night and is also involved in Choir. We look forward to her leadership in 2019.

Emily Davison is excited to be joining the Performing Arts Department as a Drama and Dance teacher at Patterson River Secondary College. She has always loved Drama and Dance and is looking forward to working with such creative and enthusiastic performers in class and extra-curricular activities.

Ms. Davison is eager to work with the rest of the Performing Arts Team in planning for next year’s production and is privileged to be coordinating the student led Drama Club and Dance Extension. Before her life as a teacher Emily Davison was an Actor, training at the Atlantic Acting School in New York and the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney. She is keen to get to know the Patterson River community so don’t be shy.

Tanya Wade loves to see as much theatre as possible! On Wednesday Tanya teaches an all abilities community drama class. When Tanya is not teaching, she likes to spend time with her husband, children and two bulldogs. Feel free to come visit the performing arts office to say hello!

Big Bands Sunset Festival in Mordialloc

On a beautiful February afternoon the Patterson River Stage Band rocked the Big Bands Sunset Festival in Mordialloc! This festival is Melbourne's premier big band festival, featuring performances from local and national swing groups and big bands. The festival also fosters performance experiences for school bands from across Melbourne. We were very privileged to play and we thank all our supporters for coming out to cheer us on!
