PARENTS AND CITIZENS (P&C) ASSOCIATION

Every now and then we hear this question asked. Here’s why we (and you) do what we do… it’s for the kids! Through the P&C, we get to:

• Give our kids a bit of extra fun
• Give our kids extra opportunities
• Show our kids how important they are
• Show them how important their education is

And of course we get something out of it too – we get new friends, fun times, new skills, wider and different perspectives, the chance to hear from teachers and staff, happy smiles and the satisfaction of a job well done! Most of all, we are always welcoming of new members to come in and join our team.

No matter how you support the P&C, we are always grateful!

This year’s Athletics Carnival canteen saw an extended menu with the intention that the food on offer would give all of our budding athletes and avid supporters that little bit of extra energy (and warmth) needed. Thank you to everyone that supported the canteen and to all of our volunteers that helped out both on the day and behind the scenes.

Hopefully by now you will have all received a Pie Drive order form. The Pie Drive is one of the bigger fundraisers for the P&C each year. You will see that it is not just the traditional meat pies on the menu this year, we have an extensive menu on offer – who doesn’t love an apple or apricot pie at night warmed up at night with a dollop of cream (or ice cream, or both)!  

Both orders and money must be returned to the school on the last day of Term 2, which is the 5th July 2019. Orders will be ready to be picked up on Thursday 25th July 2019. Unfortunately late orders will not be accepted.

A prize will be given to the student who sells the most pies.
